Temporary Referrals

• MDP fees are $84.00 per day, regardless of assignee’s hours worked in a day. 

• Cancellation Policy: Client pays the MDP booking charge of $84 per day for any referred personnel given an assignment ordered by the dental office whether or not dental office later cancels the order. When a booking is cancelled by a dentist, they are responsible for MDP’s charges of $84 for each day booking was confirmed.

Temporary Rates

• RDH rate = $82.00 per hour, $656.00 for 8 hours (Additional charges of $82.00 for each adult patient over 9 patients) 

• DDS rate = $160.00 per hour $1,280.00, for 8 hours

• RDA EF rate = $60.00 per hour, $480.00 for 8 hours

• RDA rate = $40.00 per hour, $320.00 for 8 hours

• DA rate = $36.00 per hour, $288.00 for 8 hours

• Front Office Auxiliary rate = $40.00-$45.00 per hour (Wages are based on experience, licenses, and responsibilities)

Direct-hires

• MDP requires a non-negotiable 6-week probation period at our standard temporary terms and rates (see above) for all positions - DDS, RDH, RDAEF, RDA, DA, and Front Office - based on the number of days per week the individual will be hired for.

• For DDS and RDH: Following a successful probation period, a flat referral fee of $1,800 per number of direct hire days per week is due and payable to MDP.

• For RDAEF, RDA, DA, and Front Office: Following a successful probation period, the flat fee is $1,500 for one day a week and $300 for each additional day.
